A young women clad in a flowing blue dress walked quietly through the gardens, remaining aloof, and tangled in her own thoughts. The sun glinted off of her silken, honey colored hair. Her walk held an air of authority, a certain confidence. She walked until she reached a small bench by a pond. She sat and stared into the clear blue water. She started to sing softly, a song she had learned long ago.

...Curiousity... An alluring tune caught Anatia's attention, as she slowly stood up from a small clearing in the flowers. A petite rose twisted around her fingers, as it's petals were laced with the still fresh dew of the early dawn. Her glassy eyes scanned the area, finding that another aura was placed a bit farther from where she stood. She dropped the rose to the ground, as it landed back in the bush where she had found it. The tune continued, as the air carried it over to her sensitive ears. It was a sweet melody, soft and delicate as the words melted into her mind. Anatia stepped softly, using her foot as a guide of feel, hoping not to tromp over somthing like she usually did. The blind maiden grasped her pendent as she found herself wanting to hear more clear of the lyrics that were being sang.

Keira stopped- A sound broke through her thoughts, someone was approaching, she jumped up and spun around- instinctively reaching for her sword. Relief washed through her as she saw another girl. "Oh, hello!" she said, her hand slipping from her sword.

...Smile...
Anatia quickly took notice of the movement in the aura before her, as she stiffened, hoping it was not a threat. When she heard the sweet voice of a young woman, Anatia relaxed, finding no hostility within her tone. She stepped forward, carefully placing her footing gently on the ground. The lone maiden displayed a slight curtsy, as she was to show respect. Her ghostly eyes seemed to see right through the girl who was in front of her, as she quickly dropped her unseeing gaze to a spot a little in front of where her feet would be. A smile broke her stoic expression, as she spoke, soft words escaping her lips. "Hello," She began as she held her arms neatly behind her back. "Your singing is rather beautiful."

"Thank you" She replied gratefully. "I'm so sorry for intruding here..." she continued. She then realized the girl was blind. "Here, sit down," she said, gently guiding her to the bench.

...Finally...
"Your welcome." She smiled as she felt herself being guided away from where she stood. She was useless as a blind, she could hardly do anything, as she was lucky to be surviving right now. It was an enourmous weakness. She always had drempt of being normal, wishing and hoping for the impossible. "You are no such intruder here, I am the one who should be apoligizing...I just heard you singing...and well.." She spoke with a calm laden tone. It truly was nice to find someone to talk to around here finally. It had been such a long time since she had spoken, and it was a relief to finally let the words flow from her lips.

"Trust me," Keira spoke. "It's such a relief to find someone to speak to around here!" "Everyone's nice enough- but people already have their friends and way of life set, it's hard for new people to break through." she said thoughtfully. "If that makes any sense... So, where do you come from?"

--Truly sorry about that...I was on the phone for an hour >.< --
...Company...
"Yes, I do understand completely...I am quite new as well." She replied, her flushed eyes slightly flickered. It truly was a relief to meet someone around here. "My name is Anatia, and as to where I come from, all I can recall was a small village many miles from here." She replied as she remembered her old life. They had lived in a small house, wooden walls and a main fireplace. It had a beautiful garden out to the front...it was indeed a home. A house is somthing where you live just to stay, but held no complete meaning. A home is treasured, admired, and cared for. She sighed at the thought. Her home was burnt by the savage sorcerer the same day she lost her sight...

((no problem!)) "It's about the same with me... Not quite remembering, I mean...." With this Keira trailed off, for it was not often she discussed anything about her past. But for a moment, she could not stop herself from remembering the face of her sister, making Keira swear to save herself should anything happen that night... "I should've done something," Keira thought aloud without catching herself

...Memories... Anatia's head shot up at the moment, just as she spoke those last words. Wretched memories flooded her mind, clouding her thoughts. Death surrounded her, dying screams etched into her mind. She cringed at the thought. She could've saved someone...instead, her last image of sight was of her own mother being literally torn apart by the blood driven sorcerer. She could've saved them. But she fled from fear, only escaping wihout her vision, while the rest lost their lives. It wasn't fair. The entire streets were littered with the dead ones, then stench of blood surrounding the town. She never came back. She could never face such agaony herself. "I could've done somthing..." She replied, not entirely focusing on her words, more so her thoughts.

Keira gave a little shake of her head. She had revealed too much, gone too far. Her mind reached for anything to break the wall of awkward silence. Finally she could think of nothing else, "I've got to go, I'm really sorry- it's just getting late..." she said sadly, for she truely had been happy for the company. "I'll see you around hopefully!"
