The forest's old trees, reaching to the heavens, groaned and echoed with misery, the slight breeze in the air triggering their wailing. Far off, a lone creature howled it's sorrow to the moon above, the only thing who would listen to it's pitiful prayer for peace. Suddenly, the usual nocturne activities were punctured by the fast approaching melody of a horse's hooves. Down the bend in the path thundered an awkwardly tall mule, it's long skinny legs pulsing in and out from under it. Ontop of the unsightly creature was a faerie, hunched over the beast's neck, in a flowing green gown that was now torn and tattered because of the various types of vicious thornbushes in the woods. Her long white hair streamed out behind her ducked head, and it appeared the faerie was barefoot.
She suddenly reined in the equine sharply, hopped off, and dropped the wild-eyed mule's reins. Zia staggered for a moment, then colapsed upon the muddy grown breathing harshly. She gripped the slick, rock studded ground as if it were a life-saver, as her vision slipped in and out of focus. Her muddled thoughts wandered back to the ball tonight, to the shifty-eyed waiter who offered her wine.
Poison...?

Custard eyes stared from beyond the shrubbery, liver coloured tresses lining her sculpt, her webs tangling down her spinal and weaving in the night's breeze. She watched the mule shift and cringe under the weight of its personel, toothpicks carrying her for mostly miles.
She slipped a staggering arm into her pack, latching it to her frame and jogged foward, creeping behind the equine. Its receptors lined backward as she put her right foot into the stirrup, mounting from the incorrect side so the faerie shant view her. She leaned foward after pushing both feet into the metals and whispered into the pony's ears, "Hut, hut." A grunt escaped as she booted his ribs, sighing him forth, with a single look back to the stragler whom she'd just mugged.

Wild-eyed, Zia wheeled around still on the muddy ground to face the sudden sound of a stranger in her territory. The faerie instantly leaps up into the air, drawing her intricate green glass sword, with a roar of anger. Her enormous wings drew slightly weakened strokes but powerful, as her mule bolted away from their resting place.
Her svelte body flew close to the bony hump of the equine, reached out with her blade, and cut the leather girth connected to the saddle. The mule spun, unaccustemed to the sudden and severely unbalanced weight. Zia landed on the ground with a stumble, black fury in her usually serene eyes, as she raised her blade to face the mugger.

Tari whom was curled to the earth with the abrupt fall, unbent her knees, rising to her feet and whirling to face the antagonized magical one. Her hand slipped to her back, as though she held a back scratcher, but instead locked to the grip of her bo and arrow, pulling them from their socket and clenching them in the sole of her fist, knuckles turning white from the clasp. Her head tilted to the right a sliver, studying the woosy fairie, brows lifting a tad at how drunked she was.
"Lil' too much wine, eh, mate?" she laughed, grinning menacingly through her plagued teeth. Her grasp on the bo and arrow loosened as her fingers fumbled silently, feeling for the two differnt pieces, readying her for swift moves.

Zia gulped, trying to keep her vision and thoughts straight. Obviously, the bandit before her thought she was intoxicated in some way.
"Not drunk," she croaked, in a voice that didn't sound like her own. To her horror, she stumbled backwards, her blue orbs hazy and out of focus. The sword in her hands was much too heavy all of a sudden, and she lowered it to the ground.

Her grip on the bo and arrow loosened, though she still locked them as she moved forth toward the victem of fatality. The maiden's life was in her hands now, and it was quite heavy, her demonic pit not much of a help. Though she knew the cure, knew the herbs, should she proceed to save this foolish nuisense?
She balanced on one foot as the other reached foward, pushing down on the sward and dragging it backward, flipping it up into her grip. She lowered the knive's point to the miss's throught, right to her jugular ran her life, the blade perplexed on her skin, just a jolt could foward it through the flesh.
But a sudden relief pulled it backward as she threw it to the ground, several feet away from the two. She lowered to her knees, index and middle feeling the temperature on her forehead. She was chilled, the blood among her veins running cold. Tari arouse to her soles again and scanned the forest, searching for that herb.

Seeing an odd sight from the top of a hill, i knew i saw the fearie and another elf. The fearie i had gotten drunk, and promised eachother never to do soo again with. And i sensed the elf. I stopped my horse so i could walk quitely up to the situation, unsure weathe ri would have to defend somone. Both soo intoxicated. "wait Andruin" i whispered in elvish. And tiptoed my way over not making a single noise, elfs having no weight. A had my sword out and ready. I saw in the darkness still very well, seeing everythign was fine i ran Zia, who appreaded to be uncnoius. Soo much for vowing i thought. I looked to the elf. "What happened" i asked in elvish, hoping she could understand this kind. For many were different from kin to kin, perhaps she was of my own.

While frantically rummaging for the cure, she hadn't picked up on the elflette's arrival. Her steps were almost unaudible, and Tari continued her search until the placid tones startled her and she stumbled to her soles, arm twisting to her pack and locking hold to her bo and arrow, pulling it from its sack.
Her fingers fumbled at the arrow, lining it with its wooden frame, pinpointing the maiden, vision seaping and targeting to her chest area. Her lips curled into a sneer, until the elf phrase hit her. This one proposed not a sin, but a concern for the unconsious. She lowered her weapon and eased her expression, at an attempt to vocolize welcoming, rather then her usual hiss.
"Drunk, to my guessings. Or perhaps poisened, foolish one," she recited, glancing toward the forest, "But I need the Ganole herb," he informed her, hoping that she'd have a decent recollection of how to seek it out from the other various herbs and weeds of the forest.

Zia's eyelids fluttered, as she struggled to stay conscious. She felt cold, as cold as she had ever been in her life, but could feel a heavy droplet of, as with everything she was, green-tinged sweat drip down her back. Suddenly and unexpectedly, a ripple of pain cascaded over her body, harsh pins and needles piercing her flesh. Zia shut her eyes and let the pain roll over her, having trained herself to be absolutely silent in the face of pain Sensing another being present, she struggled to sit up, her eyes wild and dazed.
((this is Zia...this board wont let me post on that account, dont ask me why.))

I sighed at the dissapointment of her being drunk. "Foolish fearie indeed" i answered. Being a healer i was sure i could perhaps help find the weed. "Andruin" i called my horse who came out of hiding and down the hill. i picked up the fearie easily and place her on the horse. "Follow us " i told Andruin. " Im a healer, i may be able to help you find the herb. " i told the elf. "Why do you need it?" i asked suspiscly. "And im Seriena"

Tari placed her bo and arrow back into her sack. She glanced seriously to the elf, "Because if I fail to find it, she will die," she glimpsed to the horse and the fairie's mule. She sighed, a growing nag of this buisiness tugging at her, but she untied the reins and led the pack mule behind her, trailing after the elflette. "And I am Tari," she added, half grinning.

I frowned at the answer, but this even more told me i had to find the herb, so i set out to do it and i would help her find it. My horse followed us without me holding his reins. I thought of the places where i woudl find the herb, my mind was blank. "Have you lived in this city long, tari." i said happy to be able to talk elvish to somone who could answer me back. I wanted to knwo of her kin, to find somone from mine, would perhaps help me with my confusion.
((explain to me botu the herb, like what is it really like, where coudl i find it."

Zia supresses a groan, as she is lifted upon the horse. She grips the mane of the beast with her dwindling strength. She alone knew what was concealed in the wine, thinking back on the strangely spicy taste of it. Her now dry and cracked lips struggled to wrap around the words, but all that came out was a hoarse sort of moan.
